Our team specializes in exterior cleaning of homes and/or buildings, paver sealing, pergolas, and fence install and repair. Our group of professionals always delivers exceptional results, while ensuring and outstanding customer experience.

In mid-2021, our family made a life-changing decision to relocate to Florida in pursuit of new opportunities. We initially settled in Miami, where we began collaborating on custom pergola projects. Inspired by our combined strengths—my background in hands-on construction and my wife’s extensive office management experience—we took a leap of faith and founded our own company in Tampa.
At first, we focused on pergola installations. However, after realizing that demand in the Tampa region was limited, we pivoted. I had long considered offering pressure washing as a part-time service, and now it became clear that we could do much more. With a vision to serve our community in a broader way, I created a company name that could reflect multiple service lines, anchored in quality and reliability.
By 2022, our business was fully operational—offering pressure washing, fence installations, and pergola construction. With attention to detail, a commitment to client satisfaction, and professional-grade equipment, we quickly built a reputation for consistent, high-quality exterior services across Tampa and surrounding areas.
Always looking to expand our expertise, I began researching the paver sealing industry in December 2022. This exploration led me to Trident, a nationally respected leader in sealing products and systems. I joined their training program in January 2023 and became a **Trident Master Certified Paver Sealing Technician** in September 2023.
We now proudly offer high-grade paver sealing and repair using commercial-grade products, backed by deep knowledge and precision application.
We continue to invest in learning and researching new products, refining techniques, and seeking better ways to serve our customers. Our mission is simple: deliver exceptional results with honesty, reliability, and pride in our work.
